“We need more help with food because sometimes I get out of work and [I only have money to] pay the rent,” Alex says, explaining that he has little left over to cover necessary expenses like nutritious food.
“This helps complete our groceries,” shares Alex. The food his family receives from the Food Bank helps to supplement Alex’s grocery budget so he can pay for other necessities like rent and utilities.
